3. Where is the Welcome Center located?
As of Oct. 7th, 2008 the Welcome Center will be located at 17777 Bali Blvd., Winter Garden, Florida 34787.

Directions from Orlando International Airport (MCO)
- Take the airport "South Exit to 417" and take 417 (Greenway) South.
- Exit at Celebration Avenue and turn right.
- At the traffic light, turn left onto Hwy. 192 West, proceeding past the Disney main gate entrance about 7 miles.
- Turn right at 7-11 convenience store.
- Liki Tiki Village is on the left.

- Take the Florida Turnpike to Orlando I-4 West Exit.
- Take I-4 to exit 64 (Hwy. 192 West).

Directions from South (Miami)
- Exit the Florida Turnpike at Exit 249 (Osceola Parkway).

- After you pass under 417, turn left at the traffic light onto International Drive.
- Turn right at the next light onto Hwy. 192 West, proceeding past the Disney main gate entrance for about 7 miles.

4. When can I check in at the Welcome Center?
You may check-in at the Welcome Center from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm daily. You will be directed to your nearby accommodations. If you will be arriving later than 6:00 pm, you must call the Welcome Center toll free at 877-511-9318 before 6:00 pm on the day of your arrival. No rooms will be held after 6 pm without prior notification of your late arrival. You must check-in at the Welcome Center to receive your vouchers for your accommodations, tour and gifts.

5. What time is check in at my hotel? Check out?
All accommodations are available for check-in after 4:00 pm. Check out time varies at each hotel, usually 10:00 or 11:00 am. Please inquire at hotel.

6. What do I do if I am going to be late?
If you will be arriving later than 6:00 pm, you must call the Welcome Center toll free at 877-511-9318 before 6:00 pm on the day of your arrival. No rooms will be held after 6 pm without prior notification of your late arrival. The Welcome Center will give you instructions for late check-in. Your late arrival package will be in the Late Arrival Box located outside the door of the Welcome Center.

7. What ID is required?
Photo ID, (driver's license, state ID or passport) and a major credit card with logo must be presented at Welcome Center and at Liki Tiki Village presentation. Debit cards are accepted with Visa or MasterCard logo.

8. Does my vacation package include a tour of Liki Tiki Village?
Our vacation packages are highly discounted and most do include a tour of our resort. To receive the discounted rate you must qualify for and attend the tour. If you do not attend the presentation you will be charged rack rate for your accommodations.
Although most of our vacation packages do include a tour you may have purchased a package without a tour. Please read your confirmation letter and if you have any questions please call Customer Service.

9. What time is my tour?
You will receive your scheduled tour time at the Welcome Center at check-in. Tour times are scheduled by computer based on availability.

10. My package includes 2 nights at the beach. Can I use this in conjunction with my Orlando vacation and how do I book the dates?
Your beach stay can be used in conjunction with your Orlando vacation. Please call us at 800-851-3202 or complete online reservation form to book your dates.

11. I have more than 4 people. How do I upgrade my beach reservations?
Your vacation package includes a standard hotel room at the beach. We will book a standard hotel room for you. The standard hotel room will accommodate 4 people, 5 with a rollaway (nominal charge). When you are contacted by Vacation Station for your beach reservation please let them know you have additional needs.

12. My package includes a cruise. Can I use my cruise in conjunction with my Orlando vacation?
Your cruise must be booked after your Orlando vacation.
The cruise is a gift received for attending the sales presentation. You will receive the certificate for your cruise after your resort tour. All instructions for booking the cruise will be on the certificate. You must have the certificate to book the cruise. Additional port charges apply.

13. How many people can I bring to Orlando?
You purchased a vacation package for a specific number of guests.
- Liki Tiki One Bedroom 4 people, 5 with rollaway (nominal charge)
- Liki Tiki Two Bedroom 6 people, 7 with rollaway (nominal charge)
- Standard Hotel 4 people, 5 with rollaway (nominal charge)
Hotel Room Occupancy varies. Please contact Customer Service for hotel information or to upgrade your accommodations.

14. Do I have a kitchen?
Liki Tiki Village has a fully equipped kitchen in each villa.

15. Can I bring my pet?
Liki Tiki Village does not accept pets. Your Customer Service Representative will be able to assist you with accommodations that are pet friendly. Additional charges and deposits will apply.

17. Can I reschedule my dates?
All reservations are based upon availability. Your reservation may be rescheduled up to
thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date at no cost. A $75.00 service fee
will be charged for reschedules within thirty (30) days of arrival. A reservation that
is not cancelled prior to arrival will result in a no show fee of $50.
